The School Director is primarily responsible for serving as the school's educational leader in promoting and implementing the vision of the school. It is crucial the School Director establish and maintain an environment which supports experimentation, collaboration, and objective reflection. The school operates throughout San Diego County with a belief that all the world's a classroom. The hybrid workplace includes remote and on-site roles. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - Clear, Preliminary, or Intern California Administrative Services Credential Strongly Preferred: - Experience in team leadership and mentoring teachers - Strong written, verbal, and leadership skills - Knowledge of independent study/homeschooling/personalized learning - Experience with competency-based assessment Upon Hire/Offer: - First Aid/CPR/AED Certification - Tuberculosis Clearance - Successful background clearance

__ Documents Required to be Submitted - Resume - Cover Letter - 3 Professional Reference Letters: At least one letter must be from a direct supervisor - Clear, Preliminary, or Intern California Administrative Services Credential (If you currently do not hold the required credential, you will need to upload a detailed plan and/or explanation of how you will have met the requirement by July 1, 2026.)
