Job Summary
Under direction of the School Director, develop MTSS behavioral and SEL programs, provide behavioral and educational counseling to individuals and small groups of students; assist students in understanding and seeking solutions to social, emotional, or academic problems and issues; serve as a resource to cultivate strategies to manage and improve student behavior, foster student motivation and manage emotions, address student welfare, encourage consistent attendance; and other related functions as required. Orange County Educational Arts Academy ("OCEAA") is a TK-8 independent charter school specializing in Dual Language (90/10 model) immersion programming which serves over 600 students.
