Your Impact as a BCBA

As a key member of the student support team, you will:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs and underlying functions
  • Design, implement, and refine individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students across educational settings
  • Use data-driven decision making to monitor progress and adjust interventions in real time
  • Collaborate closely with special education teachers, administrators, therapists, and families
  • Train and coach school staff on effective behavior analytic strategies and classroom supports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing behavioral expertise to student goals and planning
  • Support crisis intervention, de-escalation strategies, and proactive behavior systems
  • Promote positive school environments through evidence-based behavioral practices
  • Ensure compliance with IDEA, ethical guidelines, and district/state regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred (not required)
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior assessment, and intervention design
  • Familiarity with IDEA, IEP processes, and special education systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment
  • Passion for helping students achieve meaningful, lasting behavioral change
