We are looking for aClinical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day supervision of our School Based Therapy team as well as seeing clients at the Child Guidance Center. The Child Guidance Center is a Community Mental Health Center for Children and serves children youth and their families. As the School Based Clinical Supervisor you will Build relationships with and provide clinical guidance training and reflective supervisionconsultation to School Based Therapists. Coach and provide administrative leadership to assigned employees to facilitate achievement of billable hours expectations timely completion of quality clinical documentation and adherence to agency policies and procedures. Provide day-to-day fiscal operation and accountability of the School Based team and day-to-day personnel mangement and accountability for assigned staff.. Foster a culture of collaboration and commitment to providing quality services to the clients we serve. Deliver therapy services for a small caseload. Sound like a good fit A few requirements include Masters degree and independent licensure in Iowa as an LISW LMHC or LMFT. Three years post-independent licensure experience working with children youth and families. One year of supervisory andor administrative experience. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to establish supportive supervisory relationship with team and embody the mission and values of Orchard Place. Criminal Abuse Registry and Motor Vehicle Record checks completed. Must have valid drivers license.
