Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team for a full-time, school-based role in the Fort Worth area.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
- NBCOT certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Support fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
- Maintain compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings
