Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with a school district in the San Antonio, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to help students build essential life and academic skills.
About the Role
As a school-based OT, you will help students develop the functional skills needed to succeed in the classroom and daily activities. You'll work with a diverse caseload, supporting fine motor development, sensory processing, and independence with school-related tasks.
Schedule & Setting
Monday–Friday school hours

Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
NBCOT certification preferred
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
