School Based Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time or Part-Time - Leave Coverage

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-person services for elementary-age students on the autism spectrum and elementary- and adolescent medically complex students. This position is for the current school year, for a 3-6 month leave coverage starting in April of 2026.

 Occupational Therapist Salary Rate: $65-$70 per hour

Occupational Therapist Position Details:

• Hours approx. 8 AM to 3:30PM
• Looking for full time and part time candidates (part time must be able to provide at least 2 full days of availability)
• Due to the timing this will go into the extended school year and possibility of the 2026-27 school year

Occupational Therapist Qualification(s):

• School Certification in New Jersey
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require occupational therapy.
• Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
