We're hiring a SACC Director to lead our School-Age Child Care program!

Program: La Fuerza Unida, Inc. – School Age Child Care (SACC)
Location: Glen Cove, NY
Rate: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour

We're looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced leader who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children and families.
In this role, you'll:

• Oversee daily program operations
• Supervise and support staff
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements
• Build strong relationships with families and school partners
• Plan age-appropriate activities that maintain high program quality

We're seeking candidates with experience in childcare, youth programs, or education, along with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualified applicants may meet one of the following:

• Associate's degree in a related field plus required experience.
• New York State Children's Program Administrator credential plus required experience.
• School Age Child Care Credential or other recognized credential plus required experience.
• Two years of college with 18 credits in a related field plus required experience.
