    POSITION DESCRIPTIONAxia by Qcells is seeking an experienced Scheduling Specialist to manage project scheduling activities across the organization. In this role, you will review pipeline reports to identify projects ready for scheduling and work with stakeholders to resolve issues that may delay progress. Key responsibilities include identifying qualified installers in specific regions, sharing project details, coordinating schedules, confirming dates with homeowners, and ordering construction materials. You will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop project plans that align resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring five-star customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, the ability to navigate challenges effectively, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Success in this role means ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Santa Clara, CA with a potential in‑office schedule set at the direct manager's discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze data and report on key scheduling metricsReview pipeline reports to identify projects that are ready for a scheduling eventRoot cause analysis to identify bottlenecks or challenges that are preventing the scheduling team from achieving scheduling quotasMake recommendations for solving problems and work cross functionally and with leadership team to remove bottlenecks and improve throughputSchedule projects with homeowners and Installation PartnersSend purchase request to procurement team to order bill of materialsOversee a pipeline of projects at the Site Survey, Install, and Inspection Stages to drive projects through scheduling and completionBreak complex projects into manageable actions, establish timeframes, and prioritize tasks effectively.Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
