    Scheduling/MRP Manager
    About Us
We are a growing, agile extrusion manufacturer looking for a dynamic leader to anchor our operations. If you thrive in an environment where you can wear multiple hats, take true ownership of processes, and scale your career as the company grows, we want to hear from you.
    Position Overview
We are seeking a manager-level manufacturing professional with deep, hands-on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) expertise. MRP mastery is the absolute most critical qualification for this role.
Initially, you will focus on mastering our internal MRP system, managing customer requirements, and driving production scheduling. As you master our operations, this role will rapidly expand into broader operational and plant management responsibilities based on your initiative and capability.
    Key Responsibilities
    • MRP Ownership: Lead manufacturing planning, material scheduling, and inventory control within our MRP-driven environment.
    • Production Scheduling: Build and optimize day-to-day production schedules to maximize efficiency and throughput.
    • Customer Interfacing: Act as the primary operational point of contact for customer requirements and order status updates.
    • Operational Scaling: Gradually assume broader management duties, optimizing manufacturing processes and resource allocation.
    • Problem Solving: Independently troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks, scheduling conflicts, and inventory discrepancies.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Experience: Proven track record in a manufacturing environment (extrusion experience is a major plus).
    • MRP Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience utilizing MRP systems to drive production and inventory control.
    • Versatility: A "wear-multiple-hats" mindset, comfortable moving between high-level scheduling and hands-on floor coordination.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proactive communication.
    • Independence: A self-starter who solves problems autonomously and juggles multiple competing priorities.
    Schedule & Compensation
    • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with reasonable flexibility expected based on production needs).
    • Type: Full-time, On-site.
