HOW YOU''LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:

  • Provides administrative support for Clinical Operations (multiple departments).
  • Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CAREvalues).
  • Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
  • Guides and supports centralized departments; creates an atmosphere of cooperation within Nursing Operations (department 6016) and throughout Clinical Operations.
  • Schedules pro re nata (PRN) staff members effectively and efficiently.
  • Helps coordinate travel nurse assignments.
  • Supports safe, timely patient discharges; arranges appropriate transportation from the hospital.
  • Designs and creates staffing reports.
  • Serves as a key stakeholder for implementing new staffing information systems.
  • Functions as an information system administrator for scheduling systems.
  • Participates in staffing information system quality control and evaluation.
  • Attends meetings punctually; adheres to work schedule.
  • Performs other duties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency)

Required Experience:

  • Two (2) years of related experience required

Preferred Experience:

  • Desktop computer competency. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently
