Scheduling Coordinator
$20.00 - $22.00/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We're growing-and we're looking for a Service Dispatcher who can take control of the board, keep technicians moving efficiently, and deliver a 5-star customer experience every day.

What You'll Do
- Own and manage the daily dispatch board for service technicians
- Dispatch calls in real time and adjust schedules on the fly based on urgency, location, and job progress
- Maximize efficiency by reducing drive time and improving route flow
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track
- Keep customers informed on arrival times, delays, and next steps
- Schedule return visits and coordinate parts availability
- Maintain accurate job notes, customer records, and updates in the system
- Support the team with basic quoting, parts coordination, and job follow-up
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of dispatching or high-volume scheduling experience (HVAC or home services strongly preferred)
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions in real time
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Excellent communication skills-clear, direct, and professional
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable using dispatching software and web-based systems
- Geographic awareness and ability to route efficiently is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)
