Core Duties
- Coordinate daily schedules for therapists, clients, and families
- Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and schedule adjustments
- Communicate with families regarding scheduling needs
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorization follow-up
- Maintain accurate scheduling and administrative records
- Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software
