We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scheduler to join our fast-paced construction team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating our high-profile construction projects. With a focus on Data Centers and Hospitals, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be working with the latest scheduling software, Primavera P6, to keep track of project timelines and progress. Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
2. Coordinate with project managers and other project leads to gather accurate schedule updates.
3. Identify project milestones and integrate them into the project schedule.
4. Analyze project schedules and provide status reports to the project team.
5. Monitor and continually review the project schedule to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
6. Provide forecasts and project schedule updates as required.
7. Utilize Primavera P6 software for all scheduling tasks.
8. Coordinate with all project stakeholders to gather and confirm schedule details.
9. Proactively identify potential schedule impacts and propose solutions to maintain project timelines.
10. Assist in the development of project proposals and bids as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically with Data Centers and Hospitals.
3. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software.
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, including project planning, detailed design and engineering, procurement, and construction execution.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
8. Demonstrated ability to present complex schedule information in a simplified manner.
9. Knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies.
10. PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
