Seeking an organized and proactive Scheduler to manage daily and weekly rebar shop production schedules. This role coordinates between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Production to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe order fulfillment.
Responsibilities include building and updating production schedules, assessing workload and capacity, adjusting timelines as needed, validating lead times, maintaining system data, and preparing forecasts. The Scheduler will identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, support workflow and safety initiatives, and provide backup support when necessary.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of experience in scheduling or manufacturing, proficiency with ERP systems, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Preferred experience in rebar fabrication or high-volume environments. The role is primarily office-based with shop floor interaction, requiring flexibility for extended hours.
Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
