Responsibilities:
Assist in grooming services including bathing, drying, and brushing pets.
Learn and apply proper grooming techniques under the guidance of experienced groomers.
Maintain a clean and organized grooming area to ensure a safe environment.
Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, answering questions and offering advice.
Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming sessions.
Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
Help with scheduling appointments and managing client communications.
Assist in retail sales of pet grooming products and supplies.
Requirements:
Passion for animals and a desire to learn grooming skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Previous experience with pets preferred, but not required.
Willingness to undergo training and obtain grooming certifications.
