Scoular is seeking a motivated Scale Operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers. This is a seasonal position lasting through our harvest cycle in mid-September that has the possibility to transition to full-time.

Primary duties include:
• Receive weigh and test grain delivered to the facility while providing superior customer service to the Producers/Drivers. • Weigh all trucks coming into and leaving the facility and directing trucks to the proper location for loading and unloading. • Communicate with the production crew to ensure timely unloading of trucks. • Probe all inbound trucks to collect commodity sample and enter all customer and commodity information into tracking system. • Housekeeping duties to keep area within the office area and scale room clean and presentable. • Greet customers and visitors both in person and via telephone in a professional and courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate individual if necessary. • Other duties as needed to support operations.
