Scale Operator

Scoular is seeking a motivated scale operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers.

Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks and direct them to the correct loading/unloading areas. Communicate with the production team to keep operations running smoothly. Enter customer and commodity information into a tracking system. Collect grain samples by probing incoming trucks. General housekeeping duties for the scale room and office. Greet customers and visitors both in person and via phone while providing superior customer service.

About You:

• Experience using a keyboard and navigating computer screens.
• Ability to handle standard office phone calls.
• Operating a scale and grading equipment preferred but not required.
• Must be able to remain standing on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
