Job Title: Scale House/Loadout Operator (Night Shift)

Schedule: Full-Time | Steady Overtime Available (typically 5–6 days/week | 12-hour shifts)
About the Role
Asgard Resources is hiring a Scale House/Loadout Operator to support our frac sand company operations in Bainville, MT.
This role is primarily based in the scale house and focuses on coordinating truck traffic, processing load tickets, maintaining accurate records, and helping keep operations running smoothly during night shift operations.
What You'll Do
Weigh inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scale systems
Create and process load tickets with accurate order, driver, and weight details
Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams
Enter and maintain records with a high level of accuracy
Monitor loadout activity and report discrepancies or issues as needed
Help maintain an organized and professional scale house environment
Comfortable communicating with drivers and team members by phone, text, radio, and other communication systems
What We're Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using computers and performing data entry
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Previous scale house, logistics, dispatch, administrative, or industrial experience is a plus
Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed
Work Environment
Primarily indoors in a scale house setting
Regular interaction with drivers and operations personnel
Industrial frac sand operation
Night shift schedule
