Scaffold Builder | Industrial Insulator |
$20-$25/hr
TradeWorX is hiring Scaffold Erectors / Industrial Insulators for industrial project work. This role will support scaffold building and pipe insulation in an industrial facility environment. Candidates with scaffold erection, industrial insulation, construction, or plant experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay & Overtime:$22-$30/hr based on prior experience. Overtime may be available depending on project needs.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Start ASAP. Expected duration is approximately 2-3 months, with potential for additional projects afterward.
Job Duties:- Build, assist with, and dismantle scaffold systems in an industrial setting.
- Assist with pipe insulation, jacketing, and related insulation work.
- Work around piping, tanks, equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Follow site safety rules, orientation requirements, and supervisor direction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting project production needs.
- Perform general industrial labor support as needed.
Requirements:- Prior scaffold erection, insulation, industrial, construction, or mechanical trade experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial facility environment.
- Comfortable working around piping, equipment, tanks, and elevated work areas.
- Reliable transportation and ability to report on time daily.
- OSHA 10 preferred.
- Must be able to complete required drug test.

- Understands safety expectations in industrial environments.
- Is reliable, coachable, and able to work full scheduled shifts.
- Can follow instructions and work as part of a crew.
