Summary of Position:
This position will report to the Communications Tech Lead and support WaterBridge's Delaware Basin Operations in West Texas / New Mexico. The Communications Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and testing of communications and video equipment supporting real-time monitoring and control of produced water infrastructure across the Delaware Basin. This includes a wide-area network built on licensed microwave backhaul links, 200-foot communications towers, and dozens of access point locations serving thousands of subscriber modules. This individual must be able to install, maintain, and repair RF and networking equipment, perform tower climbing and work at heights up to 200 feet, and take an active role in the planning, design, and deployment of new communications infrastructure as the operation continues to grow.

Operates in a field environment.
May be subject to environments that are extreme in nature, such as heat, cold, high wind, or other adverse weather.
Must be able and willing to climb communication towers up to 200 feet in height; tower climbing certification preferred or required prior to solo climbing.

Stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods.
Walk on uneven and vegetated terrain.

Lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and carry a self-contained breathing apparatus if needed.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
