Seeking a Senior SCADA Analyst to support real-time operations in the oil and gas sector, primarily based in Morgantown, WV with a hybrid work model.
- Lead the technical management of SCADA systems, ensuring reliability, security, and data integrity for critical assets.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SCADA environments, handling complex incidents and coordinating system upgrades.
- Manage communication networks between field devices and centralized platforms, supporting asset onboarding and system expansions.
- Champion OT cybersecurity practices, regulatory compliance, and documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to align systems with enterprise standards.
- Support 24/7 operations, including on-call incident response and occasional field travel.
Qualifications: Bachelor's in a technical field, 5+ years supporting enterprise applications, deep SCADA expertise, knowledge of industrial protocols, OT cybersecurity, and troubleshooting skills. Candidate must be comfortable with field interaction and working in a fast-paced, critical environment.
