Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Miami, OK. This hands-on role is responsible for setting up and operating band saw equipment to cut materials accurately according to production specifications while helping keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.

Required Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience operating band saws or similar machinery preferred
Ability to accurately use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers
Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift materials and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up and operate band saw machines to cut materials accurately
Read work orders, blueprints, and cutting lists
Measure and mark materials for precise cuts
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output
Adjust blade speed, feed rates, and tension as needed
Inspect finished materials to verify dimensions and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance including blade changes and machine cleaning
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Report equipment concerns or production issues to supervisors
Assist with material handling and inventory tasks as needed
Work Environment
Manufacturing / workshop environment
Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery
PPE required including gloves, goggles, and hearing protection
Physically active role requiring standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
