We are seeking an experienced SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS) Functional SME with strong automotive industry expertise to lead discovery, assessment, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP VMS functional knowledge, experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to drive business process improvements across OEM, distributor, and dealer operations.

- 7+ years of SAP functional experience with deep expertise in SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System)
- Minimum 1 2 full-cycle SAP VMS implementations
- Strong experience in automotive or manufacturing industry environments
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori preferred
- Experience with SAP integrations using IDOCs, BAPIs, XML interfaces
- Understanding of data migration and legacy system modernization
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Conduct discovery workshops and fit-gap assessments with business stakeholders
- Analyze current-state VMS processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop roadmaps for migration to SAP S/4HANA and modern dealer management architectures
- Evaluate and optimize Vehicle Master Data, Action Matrix, Variant Configuration, Pricing, Warranty, and Spare Parts processes
- Assess and document integrations between SAP VMS and SAP SD, MM, FI/CO, and CS modules
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, and future-state architecture

- Experience with automotive OEMs, distributors, or dealer networks
- SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration project experience
- Knowledge of dealer management system integrations
