SAP Testing Lead / Program Manager

We are looking for a SAP Testing Lead / Program Manager to oversee testing activities for multiple SAP S/4HANA deployments to plants. This role will manage test cycles, coordinate validation efforts, and ensure successful deployment across multiple waves.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP testing strategy and execution for S/4HANA migration
- Develop and manage test cases, scripts, and validation documentation
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure readiness
- Oversee program timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support compliance and validation efforts in regulated environments
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP testing and program management
- Expertise in Plant Manufacturing processes
- Ability to support legacy factory deployments
- Proven track record in managing SAP S/4HANA testing cycles
- Experience with HANA testing tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility for site visits
