Build business participation plans in partnership with Deployment, Change, and Training leads.
Track business participation commitments and identify capacity or engagement risks.
Support cross-functional alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict.
SAP / IT Coordination
Work closely with SAP, Data, and IT teams to align business priorities with technical delivery plans and release sequencing.
Provide visibility into SAP delivery progress, risks, and dependencies impacting business readiness.
Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology considerations at the portfolio level.
Third-Party / System Integrator Coordination
Coordinate with System Integrators and third-party partners to ensure alignment to Supply Chain portfolio priorities and program governance standards.
Track high-level partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Support issue escalation and reinforce expectations for quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Coordinate enterprise-level business readiness activities, including readiness baselining, planning, milestone tracking, and participation in design, testing, and training.
Partner with Data, Change, Training, and Communications leads to align readiness activities across initiatives.
Identify and escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, or adoption.

Maintain a portfolio-level view of risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.
