| Role Description: | Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes Good understanding of Compensation processes in global organization Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment. Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors Own and ensure the SAP Successfactors configuration are delivered meeting project requirements supporting project and BAU requirements |
| Competencies: | Digital : SAP SuccessFactors - Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PMGM), Digital : SAP SuccessFactors - Compensation |
| Experience (Years): | 6+ |
| Essential Skills: | 1. SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module. 2. Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles workflows and business rules. 3. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution 4. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll. |
| Desirable Skills: | . Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R 2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations 3. Able to integrate CDP with other modules of SF like RCM, PMGM 4. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities. 5. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA 6. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed 7. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix, performance, availability, and system uptimes 8. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates 9. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer s quality policy and procedures. 10. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings 11. Provide service improvement suggestions |
