We are looking for an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager with strong expertise in SAP Managed Services, SAP Implementations, and ITIL-based service delivery. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of SAP experience, including 7+ years in SAP Service Delivery or Program Management roles.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP FICO or SAP Logistics (MM/LE/WM), along with strong knowledge of SAP technical areas such as ABAP, Fiori/UI5, Basis, and Integration. The role requires leading large SAP managed services engagements, driving SLA/KPI compliance, incident and change management, automation, AI infusion, and customer engagement.
Candidates should have experience leading large SAP implementation projects using SAP Activate Methodology and driving innovation through AI, automation, GenAI, and SAP Joule. Strong stakeholder management, offshore coordination, project governance, resource management, and delivery leadership skills are mandatory.
The role also involves customer relationship management, proactive account mining, delivery excellence, risk mitigation, talent development, and cost optimization initiatives.
