15+ years SAP experience, 7+ years as SAP Service Delivery/Program Manager Hands-on in SAP FICO or Logistics (MM/LE/WM) & cross-module integration Led multiple large managed services programs & SAP Activate implementations Expertise in ITIL best practices, AI infusion, automation, chatbots & GenAI Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills Drive delivery excellence, resource management & talent development
