SAP S/4HANA OTC/C2C Solution Architect
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $185,000 + 15-20% Annual Bonus

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC/C2C Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale customer-to-cash solutions across commercial, distribution, and fulfillment operations.

This is a highly visible architecture leadership role responsible for defining the end-to-end Order-to-Cash landscape while ensuring seamless integration across sales, manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, and finance functions.
What You'll Do
As the SAP S/4HANA OTC/C2C Solution Architect, you will drive the architecture, governance, and execution of scalable customer-to-cash solutions that support complex manufacturing and distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end OTC/C2C solution architecture within SAP S/4HANA, including:
    • Order management
    • Pricing and rebates
    • ATP/aATP
    • Delivery execution
    • Billing and invoicing
    • Financial integration

  • Design and govern complex commercial and pricing models, including:
    • Customer-specific pricing
    • Contracts and agreements
    • Rebates and incentives
    • Discount programs
    • Volume-based pricing structures

  • Architect ATP/aATP capabilities aligned with make-to-stock, make-to-order, and hybrid manufacturing strategies.

  • Define and govern customer and product master data architecture, including:
    • Business Partner structures and hierarchies
    • Sales area configuration
    • Partner determination
    • Credit management
    • Material Master design

  • Ensure master data supports accurate pricing, reliable order promising, and efficient fulfillment processes.

  • Lead integration design between SAP S/4HANA and:
    • CRM platforms
    • CPQ solutions
    • eCommerce platforms
    • Customer portals
    • SAP WM/EWM
    • Third-party logistics (3PL) providers
    • Financial and invoicing systems

  • Serve as the overall Solution Architect, ensuring alignment across:
    • SD
    • MM
    • PP
    • FI
    • WM/EWM
    • Analytics platforms
    • SAP BTP

  • Review and govern functional and technical solution designs while guiding delivery teams and managing cross-functional dependencies.

  • Partner with business and analytics stakeholders to enable advanced reporting, Customer 360 initiatives, AI-driven insights, cross-sell recommendations, and operational performance analytics.

  • Establish scalable data foundations that support future analytics and AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of SAP experience, including deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Minimum of two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • OTC/C2C architecture
    • Pricing configuration and enhancements
    • ATP/aATP design
    • SD, PP, and WM/EWM integration
    • Business Partner design
    • Material Master architecture

  • Experience supporting manufacturing-focused and distribution-intensive fulfillment operations.

  • Experience integrating SAP with customer-facing solutions and warehouse execution platforms.

  • Proven success serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect on complex enterprise SAP programs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP analytics platforms and AI-enabled business capabilities.
  • Advanced SAP EWM and warehouse orchestration experience.
  • Life sciences industry experience, including validation processes.
  • SAP Transportation Management (TM) and carrier integration experience.
  • Experience with CPQ, eCommerce, and omnichannel order management platforms.
  • SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, and event-driven architecture experience.
  • Experience supporting global SAP deployments and multi-region operations.
  • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Sales, Supply Chain, or Solution Architecture.
