GeekSoft is seeking a visionary and highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Director to lead complex, large-scale digital transformations for our tier-one consulting clients.
In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, steering massive SAP S/4HANA initiatives from inception through delivery. You will manage multi-vendor ecosystems, establish robust program governance, and lead global, cross-functional teams. This is a foundational role for a seasoned SAP veteran who has risen through the ranks and thrives on delivering high-impact, global enterprise solutions.
Program Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Governance & PMO Setup: Establish, mature, and run program management offices (PMO). Define governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary delivery contact for C-level executives and client leadership, aligning program objectives with broader business strategies.
Ecosystem & Vendor Management: Direct and orchestrate multi-vendor environments and diverse global delivery teams to ensure unified alignment and accountability.
Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify project risks, manage critical dependencies, and act as the ultimate point of escalation for complex programmatic issues.
Core SAP Background: 12–15+ years of overall SAP experience. You must have started your career in a hands-on SAP functional or technical role before organically progressing into Program Management/Director positions.
Track Record of Success: Proven experience successfully steering at least two (2) large-scale SAP programs from blueprint to go-live.
S/4HANA Expertise: Deep, demonstrable experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Global Team Delivery: Prior experience managing cross-functional global teams and navigating complex multi-vendor dynamics.
Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership presence with elite client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills.
