Overview
We are assisting a global organization with complex data and reporting needs in hiring an SAP Reporting Analyst. This role supports enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives by designing, building, and maintaining high-quality solutions that enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights across the business.
The position sits within a shared services or centralized analytics function and partners closely with finance operations and technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
What Youll Work On
Reporting & Analytics Development
Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using SAP S4HANA embedded analytics, CDS views, and SAP BW4HANA.
Build and optimize analytic queries, data models, and dashboards with a focus on performance and usability.
Integrate data across SAP BW and S4HANA, supporting consistent enterprise reporting.
Support planning, analytics, and reporting use cases within SAP landscapes.
Data & Platform Support
Contribute to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) workflows.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with governance and reporting standards.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide user support, troubleshooting, and limited training related to reporting tools.
Create and maintain technical documentation standards and design artifacts.
Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend improvements and best practices.
Required Experience
5 years of SAP BW experience, including BW4HANA.
3 years of experience with SAP S4HANA, with a focus on reporting and analytics.
3 years of experience in SAP Integrated Planning development within BW environments.
Strong proficiency with:
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently on self-directed initiatives.
Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
SAP certification in BW and/or S4HANA.
Preferred Experience
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Microsoft Power BI.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori Elements and Smart Business KPIs.
Exposure to SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
