Required Skills
12â15+ years of overall SAP experience, with progression from SAP Functional/Technical Consultant to Program Director/Program Manager roles.
Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP transformation programs.
Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Extensive experience in program governance, PMO setup, and escalation management.
Strong leadership and client-facing experience, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders.
Experience managing multi-vendor environments and global delivery teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Benefits
Base Salary Range: $110,000 â $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90Kâ$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
