Position Overview The SAP P2S Production Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing end‑to‑end Plan‑to‑Sustain processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role partners closely with procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations to deliver high‑quality solutions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure system stability. This position requires strong business acumen, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams. Hybrid base at one of Collins' major facilities.Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing to gather, interpret, and refine functional and technical requirements.Translate business needs into robust SAP solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration documents.Lead small‑to‑medium initiatives as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead; serve as both Business Analyst and Technical Lead on large programs.Own or support the full testing lifecycle: develop test strategies, manage test data, create test scripts, execute tests, resolve defects, and drive user acceptance testing (UAT).Develop and deliver end‑user documentation, job aids, and training materials to support project implementations.Coordinate with technical teams across onshore and offshore resources to ensure integrated, high‑quality deliverables.Provide Level 3 production support for complex incidents, system defects, and enhancement requests.Analyze new work requests, estimate effort, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.Apply Lean principles and problem‑solving methodologies to identify process improvements and design efficient solutions.Maintain continuous improvement mindset while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Qualifications University Degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience; or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.U.S. Citizen; ability to travel 25–50%.Experience with SAP, specifically SAP S/4HANA Plan‑to‑Sustain processes.Preferred Qualifications Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plan‑to‑Sustain (P2S) processes in S/4HANA, including PP, MRP, EAM, QM, and MRO operations.Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA capabilities such as Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers), MRP Live, PP/DS, Shop Floor Control, Maintenance Orders, and integration with QM and Warehouse Management.Experience supporting or migrating legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA in discrete manufacturing, MRO, or sustainment environments.Relevant professional certifications: APICS (CPIM, CSCP), ISM (CPSM, C.P.M.), IIBA (CBAP, CCBA), SAP Certified Associate – S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing (C_TS422), S/4HANA Asset Management, or S/4HANA Quality Management.What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees.Generous 401(k) plan with employer matching and Lifetime Income Strategy option.Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment programs.Life insurance, disability coverage, and optional pet, home, auto, and additional life/critical illness insurance.Birth, adoption, parental leave benefits; Ovia Health and fertility benefits.Employee Assistance Plan with up to 10 free counseling sessions.Doctor on Demand and Teladoc medical services.Bright Horizons child and elder care services.Wellness incentives and rewards program.Salary USD 107,500 – 204,500 annually.EEO Statement RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
