- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD module solutions including sales order management, delivery processing, billing, pricing, and credit management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day support issues and system defects.
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and upgrades.
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and user training.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations where applicable.
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve process efficiency and user experience.
