Job Summary
The SAP Integration Engineering Team Lead is responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across SAP Cloud Integration and SAP BTP services. This role provides technical leadership for complex integrations, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, high-performing, and aligned with enterprise standards. In addition to hands-on development and oversight, the role leads integration best practices, operational stability, and issue resolution. The position also provides day-to-day technical leadership to the engineering team, supporting mentoring, performance development, workload planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, business-aligned integration solutions.
