About the role:
The Functional IBP Lead is responsible for leading the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across the Business Unit (BU). This role involves designing, executing, and continuously improving the IBP process, ensuring robust demand and supply plans are aligned with strategic goals and sector priorities. The IBP Lead, facilitates data-driven decision-making to identify and close financial, operational, and capability gaps, driving continuous improvement and governance. The role also focuses on embedding IBP processes into day-to-day operations and enabling change management, leveraging advanced analytics, scenario planning, and risk management to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.
Resource must have extensive S4 Hana experience, have participated in multiple migrations, and have excellent written and verbal skills.
Must have:
• 10 years IBP Lead experience
• Hands on S4 HANA experience with migrations
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
• USC or Green Card Only
