- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of SAP FICO functional experience, including configuration and support.
- 5+ years of SAP Project Management experience (end-to-end implementations, rollouts, or upgrades).
- Strong knowledge of finance and controlling business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, ASAP).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
