CTG is seeking an experienced SAP FICA/IS-U Functional Consultant to support a major SAP utility transformation initiative. This role requires deep expertise in SAP FICA, SAP IS-U, and ECC to S/4HANA migrations, with a focus on contract accounting, utility billing integrations, and data conversion. Location: Remote (Candidates must work on an EST schedule and be available to travel 3-4 weeks per month to Jackson, MO) Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities Configure and support SAP FICA processes, including contract accounting, payments, refunds, returns, clearing rules, and dunning by collection strategy. Lead functional design and configuration activities for SAP IS-U solutions and utility business processes. Support ECC to S/4HANA migration efforts, including FICA objects, open items, and master data conversion. Design and validate integrations between SAP FICA/IS-U and Billing, Customer Service, Work Management, FI-GL, SD, and Service Cloud. Develop and review functional specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical development teams. Support SAP Fiori applications, testing, defect resolution, and production support. Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions. Required Qualifications Strong SAP FICA expertise, including: Contract Accounting Dunning by Collection Strategy Clearing Rules Payments Returns Refunds Extensive SAP IS-U functional experience within utility environments. Proven experience supporting ECC to S/4HANA migrations. Hands-on experience with FICA data migration and open item conversion. Strong configuration, functional design, and solution validation experience. Experience developing functional specifications for RICEFW objects. Knowledge of integrations with FI-GL, SD, Service Cloud, Billing, Customer Service, and Work Management. Experience with FQEVENTS, enhancements, user exits, and SAP Fiori. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SAP FICA and IS-U security and authorization concepts. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and offshore/onshore resources. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
