Required Skills:- Minimum of 15+ Years of experience in SAP implementations, Rollouts and Application Managed Services (AMS)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in S/4 HANA EWM with at least 1 full cycle EWM implementation experience including hands on design and Configuration and 2+ years of experience in Application Managed Services
- Should have working experience in Mfg.
- Industry with Automotive OEM exposure being an added advantage
- Experience working with following areas in EWM: Centralized and Decentralized Warehouse management
- Inbound, Outbound, Kitting and Internal Warehouse processes with VAS, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Posting Changes.
- Should have good knowledge on warehouse order creation rules.
- RF integration and RF queue management, Good hands-on experience in working with SAP ABAP team in developing custom EWM RF transactions and other RICEF objects.
- EWM Data Migration and cutover at the time of Go Live
- Experience in configuration of Process-oriented storage control and Layout Oriented Storage Control (POSC and LOSC), WPT Determination
- Must have Experience in direct goods receipt and deconsolidation, good issue process, put away and picking strategies, Kitting, Production staging, Batch management
- Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
- Experience in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc.
- Proficient in implementing Labor Management, Cartonization planning, Transportation unit, slotting and re-arrangement and Yard management
- Demonstrated understanding of table structures in EWM.
- Hands on exposure in analyzing incidents, resolution and business user support on need basis
