Essential Skills:
Provide support to Warehouse Support in a 16X6 rotating shift schedule (Morning, Evening)Coordinate and provide in-person support at the site.Maintain and update procedures as required.Updating SOPs and Knowledge articlesCommunicate effectively on time for any new spare parts requirements.Providing updates to customers regarding ongoing issues.Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolutionclosure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
