Our Ottawa based client is seeking experienced SAP Development Architect to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidates should have Canadian security clearance of at least Reliability level, with Secret preferred. This will be a hybrid role with the exact amount of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define overall development architecture, standards, and technology stack.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Review code and technical designs for quality, performance, and compliance.
- Guide development teams on architecture alignment and technical decisions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt.
- Lead technology selection and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure integration architecture aligns with enterprise systems.
- Document architectural decisions and development guidelines.
