Requirements:
- 5+ years of SAP data migration, data mapping, or enterprise data transformation experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors data models and HR/master data.
- Strong background in source-to-target mapping, transformation analysis, and data lineage documentation.
- Experience identifying data gaps, defining transformation logic, and creating crosswalk documentation.
- Ability to partner with functional and technical teams to validate mappings and integrations.
- Experience with SAP modernization, data governance, or ERP transformation projects preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Map legacy IRIS data elements to SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors data structures.
- Analyze and document legacy transformation logic, business rules, and downstream dependencies.
- Identify mapping gaps, recommend solutions, and determine appropriate systems of record.
- Develop crosswalks, data lineage, and standardized transformation documentation.
- Partner with IESO and SAP S/4HANA/SuccessFactors teams to validate mappings and integration requirements.
- Support enterprise data governance and leverage AI-assisted tools, where approved, to accelerate mapping and documentation.
