A Day in the Life:

In the position of Coordinator, SAP Manufacturing, you will be responsible to optimize our supply chain operations. monitor SAP postings, defective material reporting. Issue and track production orders, coordinate material needs and maintain accurate documentation.

The Impact You'll Make:

  • Monitor SAP inventory management and warehouse management system levels for accuracy.
  • Monitors postings for transfer orders, transfer requests, change postings, receipt of goods, production staging, production posting and post goods issue.
  • Ensure storage types and storage locations free of negatives, investigate to move material to clear negatives.
  • Monitor stock levels, coordinate rotation of material in SAP system, defective material reporting and claim processing.
  • Monitor levels of inventory, identify overstock to ensure minimizing carrying inventory. Support raw materials receipt alignment with internal department(s)

Who You Are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Analytics, Accounting or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in inventory control and cycle count
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in inventory management , logistics coordination, and data analysis to support business objectives
  • Computer Skills Desired: Knowledge of SAP preferred, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A

Pay Range

$18 - $25USD
