Role Details:
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Managing PTP operations (Invoice Monitoring, Vendor Setup, Disbursements, etc.)
- Leading and coordinating teams (including global teams)
- Handling workload distribution, SLAs, and operational efficiency
- Acting as escalation point and solving process issues (not just reporting them)
- Working with systems like SAP / Oracle and contributing to process improvements
- Interacting with senior leadership — so communication needs to be sharp, not average
Must Have:
- 2–5+ years of hands-on PTP/AP process management
- Experience managing people and deliverables, not just supporting
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
