Job Summary
We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to support a Material & Labor Earned Value (MEV) solution within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role focuses on procurement, manufacturing, and financial integration, enabling advanced cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting across ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions across supply chain and finance modules
- Analyze business processes and deliver ERP-driven solutions
- Configure and support SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, CO, FI)
- Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and support system integrations (S/4 ↔ Cobra, Salesforce, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and solution delivery
- Create technical and functional documentation
Role Focus Areas
1. Material (Purchase Parts) ERP Analyst
- Manage procurement lifecycle (PR → PO → Receipt → Invoice → Payment)
- Develop material costing baselines and forecasting (ETC/EAC)
- Track inventory status (planned, received, consumed, excess, scrap)
- Build financial dashboards and reporting (SRR, summaries)
- Integrate SAP S/4HANA with Cobra for cost and ETC data
2. Labor (Make Parts) ERP Business Analyst
- Support manufacturing cost tracking and earned value analysis
- Manage production orders, routing, work centers, and labor tracking
- Develop performance metrics (BCWP, BCWS, ACWP, CPI, SPI)
- Analyze repair, rework, and scrap processes
- Build "what-if” simulation models for cost and performance scenarios
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9+ years of SAP experience
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules: MM, PP, PM, CO, FI
- Experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce integration
- Strong understanding of ERP functional integration
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts:
- BCWP, BCWS, ACWP, CPI, SPI
- Knowledge of global supply chain and manufacturing processes
- Experience in data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PMMO/GPD
- Familiarity with Cobra integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Environment
- Primarily remote role with occasional travel (~10%)
- Fast-paced, enterprise-level ERP transformation environment
