SAP Center of Excellence Manager
Location: Partial remote, client in Harrisburg, PA. 2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks remote - client covers travel.
Candidates must live in one of the following states to work remotely: AZ, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA. We cannot hire in the other states.

Role Overview
This position will lead the strategy, governance, and run-improve model for SAP S/4HANA under RISE. The SAP COE Manager is responsible for ensuring stable operations, value realization, and controlled innovation across the ERP landscape. The role involves establishing and maturing the Customer Center of Expertise framework, orchestrating demand and portfolio management, and enforcing fit-to-standard and clean core principles. This is a key leadership role in building out a new Center of Excellence.
