Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Consultant for a Contract with a client in Montvale, NJ. The ideal candidate with experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise data, analytics, and cloud reporting solutions to enable data-driven business decisions and digital transformation initiatives.
Rate Range: $80/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Consultant Job Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and support SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) solutions, including SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and cloud-based analytics architectures.
Develop and maintain data models, data products, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business intelligence and decision-making initiatives.
Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources, enabling seamless data connectivity, transformation, and enterprise-wide data sharing capabilities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Define and implement data governance, security, access controls, and data quality standards to ensure compliant and reliable data management practices.
Support data migration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities while enabling advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases through Databricks and enterprise data platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
8-10+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Platform implementations.
Strong expertise in SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA Cloud, data modeling, data warehousing, and SAP S/4HANA data integration.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and data management solutions, including data governance, SQL, ETL/ELT processes, cloud-based analytics architectures, and integration with platforms such as Databricks and enterprise data lakes.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
