Summary: Trident Seafoods is seeking SAP OTC Business Analyst focusing on Order to Cash to join the Trident’s SAP COE team. The OTC Business Analyst will act as SME providing guidance to Trident business teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD and related modules. Works very closely with CoE (Center of Excellence) team and works as a main point of contact for Global OTC business users. 

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and supports existing Global SAP OTC functionality, including leading complex troubleshooting and error resolution. 
  • Review and drive configuration and testing outcomes with business and CoE team members 
  • Understand the end-to-end order to cash process and develop process expertise spread across different applications, and SAP SD-OTC 
  • Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices in adopting S/4 HANA out-of-the-box solutions in SAP SD, process Advance returns, Settlement management, Advance Intercompany and integrated solutions 
  • Create workarounds and drive alignment to workarounds in S/4 HANA to reduce RICEWF. 
  • Provide expertise in master data configuration. 
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards and documentation for OTC processes, integrating with related SAP cross functional modules such as SD, MM, FI, PP, EWM and 3PL (third-party logistics), third-party systems. 
  • EDI (sets 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 940, 945) 3PL, configuration and Testing 
  • Configure SAP SD and related modules; develop scenarios and tests to ensure compliance with Trident requirements. 
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, prepare work estimates and work schedules, manage issues and risks. 
  • Run support for S4Hana and New Enhancement and Development, support of production systems to meet service levels 
  • Work with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize work backlog and create plans and schedules for delivery. 
  • Working on Daily Incident analyzing, resolving, reporting. 
  • Regularly works onsite to build strong team connections, collaborate across functions, and solve problems in real time.

Training and Advisory: 

  • Provide training to Business users on areas in SAP OTC and related modules, as needed. 
  • Be in advisory role to business and IT for hands-on usage of S/4 HANA functionality. 
  • Keep pace with the evolving S/4 HANA roadmap, research and run internal Proof of Concept sessions, as needed, for better features and better alternatives in S/4 HANA to address business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a salaried exempt position with an annualized salary range of $130,000 to $165,000.

Minimum Requirements 

Travel/On-Call Requirements:

  • Flexibility for global time zones working conditions 
  • Occasionally work outside of standard business hours, including providing remote weekend coverage (on-call). 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • 5+ years of experience with SAP OTC implementations or support. 
  • Experience in OTC Order to Billing Process, Master Data and hands on experience with SAP OTC on SAP S/4 is a must. 
  • Experience in multiple end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation projects and at least one end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation on HANA. 
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of the functional aspects of the analysis and design process and its associated documentation (i.e., Functional specifications, test plans). 
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP SD and related modules EDI (sets 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 940, 945). 

Preferred Education & Experiences:

  • Master's degree preferred. 
  • Experience in SAP MM_IM (Inventory Management) is a plus. 
  • Implementation experience in S/4 HANA in the manufacturing Food and Beverage Industry, preferably Seafood industry. 
  • SAP S4HANA Certification is preferred.

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.
