WHAT YOULL DO:
Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas according to food safety standards.
Remove seafood waste, debris, and other materials from processing areas.
Operate pressure washers, foamers, and other sanitation equipment safely.
Mix and apply approved cleaning and sanitizing chemicals following company procedures.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in sanitation, food production, manufacturing, or seafood processing preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
Background check and drug screen required prior to placement
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires lifting of 50+ lbs. or greater consistently throughout an 812-hour shift without job rotation in a cold, wet, and loud environment.
